Ron was very professional. Gave us a great estimate, arrived when expected, stayed until the job was done (which was late into the evening) and did an excellent job. He explained all that he was doing to us, solved our draft problem and went above and beyond our expectations. He and his workers were polite, professional, hard working and very neat. I met with the owner, Ron, and he did a great job of explaining what the job would entail. He also introduced me to the Energy Star audit program, which resulted in my receiving a rebate from the energy company for the cost of most of my job. He was also honest enough to call me while the job was in progress to explain that once his crew got into the work, that it wouldn’t really be worth the expense to insulate the walls of my house (which is made of brick).
